Hi, I’m Zhanyu!
I’m a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University, advised by Prof. Bedrich Benes. I received my B.S. in Computational Mathematics from USTC in 2022.
My research interests lie in computer graphics, with a particular focus on physical simulation and procedural modeling.

Misc / Interests
I like sports, especially volleyball and tennis. I was a core member of the USTC volleyball team and participated in multiple Anhui Provincial College Tournaments. In Purdue, I won the champion of Purdue’s Indoor Volleyball League for GFS.
I also enjoy playing video games. I am a big fan of action games and RPGs such as Monster Hunter and Souls-like games.
